As an Atlassian Solutions Partner , we provide end-to-end services including license resale, professional consulting, and training across the entire Atlassian product suite.

Beyond services, we are also a leading marketplace vendor , developing add-ons for both Atlassian and Azure DevOps environments—empowering teams to extend and enhance their development workflows.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced developer to join our newly formed AI Innovation Team in Petach Tikvah. This is a hybrid, full-time position.

In this role, you will :

Integrate AI-driven features into our leading marketplace products.
Build and deliver Atlassian add-ons (for both Data Center and Cloud).
Provide professional development services (apps, automations, scripts) to customers in Israel and abroad.
Collaborate with international teams to shape the future of AI-enhanced solutions in the Atlassian ecosystem.

Requirements

Job Requirements (Must-Have)

5+ years of development experience with Atlassian platforms and add-ons.

Strong knowledge of Java and JavaScript / TypeScript + React (within the Atlassian context).

Proven ability to build Atlassian add-ons from scratch (both DC and Cloud).

AI development experience , especially in innovation projects.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Azure OpenAI and MCP Servers .

Solid knowledge of Atlassian REST APIs .

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

High-level English communication skills (spoken and written).

Team player with customer-facing and debugging experience (including presales support).

Nice-to-Have / Advantages

Familiarity with other ALM platforms (IBM Jazz, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, Jama, Polarion).

Knowledge of requirements engineering and modern development methodologies .

Previous conference lecturing and blog post experience .
