The Role
We’re looking for a native English-speaking, creative, and AI-savvy Content & AI Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on content role for someone who loves storytelling, writing, and using AI to create engaging marketing content. It’s a unique opportunity to become the first dedicated content person at a fast-growing startup.
You’ll turn ideas and strategy into high-impact content across multiple formats and channels. You’ll have the chance to own projects, innovate with AI tools, experiment with content formats, and play a key role in communicating Ubeya’s value to customers and prospects.
Your work will support all stages of the buyer journey - from awareness to adoption - by collaborating closely with Product and Sales to craft compelling, conversion-focused narratives.
What You will do :
- Write content across the full funnel : blog posts, SEO articles, social media posts (especially LinkedIn), landing pages, emails, product updates, ad copy, and sales materials
- Use AI tools and agents to build smart workflows that automate growth and marketing tasks, helping us move faster, optimize marketing performance and scale efficiently.
- Translate our audience’s pain points and Ubeya’s product features into clear, benefit-driven messaging
- Create both short- and long-form content and repurpose it into additional marketing content types, such as email campaigns, social posts, and sales assets.
- Help craft thought leadership pieces based on data, trends, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with designers to bring stories to life with visual and video content.
- Optimize content for SEO and track performance metrics to improve content over time.
- Support campaign execution by working with agencies on landing pages and ad creatives
Who you are :
Native English speaker with excellent writing and editing skills and Strong storytelling ability.Comfortable using AI tools to brainstorm, write, optimize content, and automate tasks.Flexible, hands-on, and eager to learn - we are a startup, so you'll do a bit of everything.Collaborative attitude and a willingness to support sales and go-to-market efforts.Comfortable managing multiple content formats and switching between writing styles.Willing to work 5 days onsite from our beautiful office in Tel-Aviv (with an option for one hybrid day)Bonus points :
Experience in HR tech, staffing, or workforce platformsFamiliarity with tools like SEMrush, Similarweb, or HubSpot.Background in journalism, technical writing, or researchExperience creating visual content or working with video.Please add portfolio link if relevant
