✨ Exciting Opportunity Awaits! Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is on the lookout for a Hebrew Speaking Customer Support representative to join our Mobile Banking Services Department. If you are fluent in Hebrew and passionate about helping customers navigate the world of mobile banking, this position is an excellent fit for you!

In this vital role, you will assist Hebrew-speaking customers with their mobile banking inquiries, guiding them through processes and ensuring they enjoy a seamless banking experience. You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working to enhance our customers' financial journey. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to mobile banking services, troubleshooting issues, and providing effective solutions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about banking regulations and service updates.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and / or Cover Letter.
  • A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support or the banking industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
