Your Mission

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused People Operations Specialist for a 6-month temporary contract to join our People Operations team. This is an entry-level, operational role designed for someone who is eager to learn and grow within People Ops. You will play a key part in supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring a smooth employee experience across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of core employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, changes in employment status).
• Maintain and update HRIS and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
• Prepare and process HR-related documentation , letters, and reports.
• Support compliance and policy administration to ensure alignment with company standards and local regulations.
• Assist with employee relations initiatives by coordinating communications, feedback surveys, and engagement activities.
• Partner with the People Ops team on projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
