Product Manager Lead

About The Role

We’re looking for a product leader who is comfortable operating in dynamic, evolving environments, challenges assumptions, and drives clarity and execution. You will take full ownership of our traveler-facing flight booking tools that are highly configurable and deployed by airlines as white-label solutions. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will be the de facto product manager for this space, responsible for shaping the roadmap, driving execution, and delivering real impact. You must be autonomous, structured, and deeply customer-focused.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES

7+ years of experience in software product management with a proven track record of delivering B2B or B2B2C SaaS products

Experience leading and mentoring other product managers

Hands-on experience with white-label or highly configurable product solutions

Demonstrated success in releasing new products from zero to one

Deep understanding of end-to-end product management processes

Strong background in customer discovery and turning feedback into actionable insights

Experience working closely with UX designers, leading discovery and shaping product experiences

Highly independent and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Experience in the aviation or travel tech industry is a strong advantage

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
