We are seeking an experienced Title Underwriter with strong knowledge of New York and New Jersey title research. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to analyze and resolve title issues, and a solid understanding of local title regulations and procedures.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct title searches and examine public records for real estate transactions in NY and NJ
- Review and underwrite title commitments and policies
- Identify and resolve title defects, liens, and encumbrances
- Collaborate with title officers, attorneys, and clients to ensure a smooth closing process
Requirements :
Remote (within Israel)
20–30 hours per week over US business hours
