From our headquarters in New Ulm, MN, our freight runs the length of I-35, across the Midwest, down into Texas, and into the Northeast and Southeast. With multiple terminals in key locations, you’ll always have the support you need to keep rolling.

CDL-A Team Truck Driver Pay & Miles :

• $0.75 – $0.80 CPM
• CDL-A drivers average 5,000 – 5,500+ miles / week
• $500 onboarding bonus
• $1,000 vacation pay per teammate
• Annual compensation reviews + unlimited referral incentives - $2,000 per driver
• Detention, layover & stop pay

J&R Schugel is reinvesting in our drivers in 2026 through ongoing fleet investment and new equipment arrivals. We remain committed to operating one of the industry’s most dependable late-model fleets.

Truck assignment based on availability; model years range from 2022–2026.

CDL-A Team Truck Driver Requirements :

Earn an additional $0.02–$0.05 CPM based on monthly mileage tiers. Incentive pay is shared equally between both team drivers, since both contribute to the total miles. Drivers must be actively employed and in working status at the time of payout. Bonuses are taxed as regular earnings.
