1. Job Description
Our client, Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), is Israels leading aerospace and defense company, producing advanced aeronautical systems for both civil and military applications. The company employs more than 16,500 professionals worldwide.
IAI is seeking experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technicians with valid EASA / FAA B1 or B2 licenses, specialized in Boeing and Airbus aircraft. This is a unique opportunity for aviation professionals to join an international, highly demanding, and professional environment.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Boeing 737 NG / MAX, Airbus A320 NEO / CEO, Boeing 777 (GE), and Airbus A300-600.
- Troubleshoot and rectify defects.
- Certify work under B1 or B2 license privileges according to EASA Part-145 regulations.
- Record all maintenance actions in technical logs and maintenance management systems (AMOS / TRAX).
- Coordinate with operations, planning, and logistics to ensure timely aircraft release.
- Supervise junior staff when required.
- Comply with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Candidate Profile
Valid EASA / FAA B1 or B2 license with type rating on B737 MAX / NG and A320 (NEO / CEO).Minimum 10 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience, especially on Boeing 737.Mandatory training : Human Factors, EWIS, Fuel Tank Safety.High level of English (spoken and written).Familiarity with AMOS / TRAX systems (advantage).Valid driving license.Willingness to relocate to Israel for a 63-month contract.Eligible nationalities : Austria, Australia, Italy, Iceland, USA, Bulgaria, Belgium, Brazil, UK, Germany, India, Netherlands, Hungary, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, New Zealand, Spain, Serbia, Poland, Switzerland, Philippines, Finland, France, South Korea, Canada, Cyprus, Croatia, Romania, Sweden.4. Employment Conditions
Permanent contract for 63 months.Competitive salary : 26,000 ILS (~6,500 Euros) per month, equivalent to 10,000 Euros / month including overtime.Overtime pay :125% for the first 2 hours.
150% from the 3rd hour onwards, and on Fridays / holidays.
