About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of HR to lead the company’s global human resources strategy alongside the day-to-day management of HR practices. This role combines strategic leadership with strong executional skills, with a focus on supporting business growth and ensuring professional management of HR functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• People Strategy – Define and lead the overall HR strategy, implementing practices that support business objectives and organizational growth.
• Talent Acquisition Oversight – Manage recruitment at the macro level : workforce planning, defining organizational needs, managing headcount and targets, and overseeing global hiring processes.
• Employee Experience & Engagement – Drive processes to strengthen employee engagement and retention of talents around the world.
• Learning & Development – Develop and implement training programs, design professional growth opportunities for employees and managers, performance management, career development, and programs that improve people’s skills.
• Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure compliance with international labor laws, manage employee relations, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
• HR Operations – Oversee HR systems, processes, policies, and workforce data to ensure efficient and accurate day-to-day operations.
• HR Team Leadership – Lead, develop, and support the HR team, ensuring professionalism, effectiveness, and alignment with leadership direction and organizational goals.
