Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team in Herzliya, with responsibility for managing bookkeeping activities across both Israel and the US. This role encompasses full ownership of the group’s end-to-end bookkeeping processes, while working in close collaboration with the finance leadership and management teams. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, dependable, and meticulous, with a strong work ethic and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Maintain accurate financial records, journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
• Manage bank and credit card reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, AR aging, and collections.
• Responsible for Account Payable – processing new vendors, recording invoices, and preparing payments.
• Handle monthly and annual statutory filings and payments to tax authorities. Monitor cash flow and contribute to financial controls.
• Prepare the trial balance and supporting documentation for the monthly closing process.
• Collaborate with external auditors and prepare materials for the annual audit. Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
