Job Description
Coordinate with development teams to fix bugs and improve usability
Help analyze and solve complicated support tickets and production incidents
Manage and execute manual tests
Keep up with the pace of a high-speed development process, and execute and adjust your test plans accordingly
Measure and monitor production quality and push the development teams to fix the prioritized bugs
Think like a Wix mobile user and ensure all scenarios are covered, manually and automatically
This is a part-time student position, and you’ll be expected to work at least 3 days a week, 80 hours a month. We’re flexible during exam periods.
Qualifications
Smart, creative, and ambitious student passionate about consumer-facing digital products and customer service
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Excellent English proficiency
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership to deliver high-quality products while supporting end users
Open-minded and proactive problem-solver with great communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of mobile apps, familiarity with development methodologies, or experience in Software Quality Assurance (SWQA) – an advantage
