Hiring – Experienced Real Estate Secretary
A leading real estate office in Jerusalem is seeking a highly skilled secretary with proven previous experience in a real estate agency or brokerage office (mandatory).
Requirements :
- Previous experience in a real estate office – essential
- Full understanding of real estate office workflow : listings, contracts, client follow-ups, CRM, scheduling
- Fluent / native-level Hebrew and English – spoken and written
- Advanced Canva skills – ability to design and edit flyers, brochures, marketing posts and presentations (in both English and Hebrew)
- Strong social media skills – Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp Business
- Ability to post property ads, design marketing materials, and respond professionally to online inquiries
- Proficient with computers, Office / Google Workspace
- Highly organized, responsible, service-oriented and independent
