תיאור המשרהMer Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team and lead complex, large-scale projects in Israel and worldwide. The role combines diverse fields such as smart cities, homeland security, cyber, intelligence, and advanced communications. Key Responsibilities: Leading all project stages: planning, work programs, coordination, execution, and budget control (revenue recognition, P&L). Writing technical specifications, pricing, managing suppliers, receiving quotations, conducting negotiations, issuing purchase orders, and supervising execution while ensuring adherence to schedules, budget, and performance targets. Working with external clients: requirements definition, technical guidance, demonstrations, Upsell, and meetings with suppliers. Presenting project status and progress to management while meeting profitability goals. Building and consolidating project plans, including milestones, tasks, schedules, budgets, and continuous updates based on actual progress. Monitoring purchase orders, controlling the preparation of execution specifications and bills of quantities. Managing projects and tracking budget versus actual performance (SRR, SOW, PDR, CDR, KOM) 5+ years proven experience managing technological projects with government and/or municipal bodies. Global project management experience – mandatory. Knowledge and experience working with project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Lean, TOC, etc. Strong ability to manage and control budgets, meet profitability targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. Excellent command of English (working with international stakeholders). Proficiency in preparing execution specifications and bills of quantities. Relevant academic degree – Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, or other technological field – mandatory. Experience in Homeland Security (HLS) projects.
