Head of Sales & Call Center Operations– Philippines

We are building a new call center operation in the Philippines, serving international brands with a major focus on the fast-growing U.S. telehealth market. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on sales leader to build the operation from the ground up and turn it into a high-performing organization capable of scaling to hundreds of representatives. The initial foundation is already in place, including office space, equipment for the first representatives, local HR support, IT and DevOps resources. From there, you will have the authority and responsibility to build the complete commercial operation: recruit the core team, expand the offices, create the sales methodology, establish a performance-driven culture, and deliver consistent growth. This is not a role for someone looking to maintain an existing operation. It is an opportunity to build and lead one. • Location: Cebu, Philippines | Full-time, on-site leadership role Proven experience managing a telephone sales operation of at least 50 representatives — mandatory.Proven experience building or launching a sales team or call center operation — mandatory. Strong hands-on expertise in phone sales, lead conversion and performance management. A proven ability to turn sales strategy into measurable revenue. Experience recruiting, coaching and developing sales representatives and team leaders. Strong command of sales KPIs, commission structures, call monitoring and quality assurance. Excellent English, with confident and persuasive communication skills. Strong leadership presence and the ability to create discipline, energy and accountability across a growing organization. Willingness to relocate to and be physically based in the Philippines throughout the setup and growth stages, potentially for several years. Experience managing teams or establishing operations in another country is a strong advantage. Experience in nutraceuticals, medical products, telehealth, healthcare or other regulated consumer industries is highly preferred.
