Logistics Coordinator

Alpha Bio Tec Ltd. is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations Department. We are seeking a highly organized, responsible, and detail oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment. This role is an integral part of our day to day operations and involves coordinating logistics processes, monitoring ongoing activities, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the company's operational objectives. The Logistics Coordinator serves as the key liaison between Customer Service and Operations. This role is responsible for managing customer orders based on inventory availability across finished goods warehouses, supporting On Time Delivery (OTD) performance, and coordinating priorities with Planning and Production teams to ensure supply continuity and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field – Required Proficiency in spoken and written English – Required Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills – Required Strong sense of urgency and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks. Strong analytical and data analysis skills. 1-2 years of experience in planning, logistics, or supply chain roles. Previous experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical company – Advantage Experience working with SAP or Priority ERP systems – Advantage
