System Engineer - Naval Systems

For our Haifa site, we are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer with an Electrical/Electronics Engineering background to join the SEACORE team, developing complex naval systems for international projects. This role focuses on end-to-end systems engineering activities, including requirements management, system architecture, interface management, technical documentation, and collaboration with suppliers and subcontractors. In this role you will: Define, analyze, and manage system requirements throughout the project lifecycle Develop system concepts, architectures, operational scenarios, and technical solutions Prepare and maintain system engineering documentation, including SRS, SDD, ICDs, verification matrices, and related technical documents Manage technical interfaces between subsystems, suppliers, and stakeholders Lead subcontractors and suppliers, including technical reviews, requirements flow-down, and oversight of deliverables Support requirements traceability, verification and validation activities Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including software, hardware, cybersecurity, testing, logistics, and project management Participate in design reviews, customer discussions, integration, and testing activities B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronic Engineering Experience as a Systems Engineer Experience in requirements management, system decomposition, and interface management Experience writing technical specifications, requirements documents, and ICDs Experience working with suppliers and subcontractors Understanding of complex hardware-software systems High proficiency in Hebrew and English Willingness to travel abroad Strong analytical, communication, and technical leadership skills Advantages: Experience with naval systems, maritime communications, navigation systems, or defense systems Experience with configuration management and verification planning Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering environments *Only suitable candidates will be contacted
