Director of Product Design

As the Director of Product Design, you will assume a critical role at Fiverr, driving meaningful change, delivering high-impact results, and leading our talented team of designers and researchers. What am I going to do?:

• Provide consistent guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the team, fostering a high-output environment.
• Manage the end-to-end design pipeline, driving operational excellence and effective cross-functional collaboration within the Product department.
• Oversee strategic alignment of all active design initiatives, ensuring they meet defined business goals and rigorous quality standards.
• Champion and nurture the team's creative output, ensuring all major design projects meet established OKRs and contribute to business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to champion design excellence and ensure cohesive product development.
