The Opportunity

As a Sales Operations Specialist youll play a critical role in supporting sales performance by maintaining sales processes reporting and operational excellence that enable business growth. Working closely with sales business and cross-functional teams youll help ensure accurate data efficient workflows and actionable insights that drive results.

What Youll Accomplish

• Support sales operations activities including customer sales order life cycle.

• Manage and maintain inventory levels and interface with our local warehouse

• Partner with sales teams management and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of customer and business requirements.

• Generate reports and analyze sales trends pipeline activity and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Support sales automation tools forecasting activities and process enhancements that improve productivity and efficiency.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending practical solutions.

What Sets You Apart

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Analytics or a related field or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience in Sales Operations Sales Support Sales Administration Business Analysis Reporting or a related commercial environment.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM ERP or sales management platforms.

• Ability to interpret data communicate insights clearly and collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

• Demonstrated eagerness to learn develop professionally and contribute to a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
