The role

We are looking for an energetic and organized office manager to join us at Kaltura for a super exciting position. The position requires high motivation, energy, hard work, and working closely with Kaltura’s Admin team.

The day-to-day

• Sitting at the reception desk and overall administrative responsibilities (Greeting visitors, assisting employees, etc.)
• Be the focal point for various vendors such as office equipment, cellular companies, refreshments, etc.
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Plan and execute team building, offsites, large meetings, and happy hours in the office.
• Support in all the various welfare activities in the company.

**This position requires to be physically present at the front desk 4 days a week and one day from home with flexibility to changes, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.**

Ideally, we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant role
• Multitasking abilities
• A fun, energetic, people-oriented approach
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to details and problem-solving skills
• High level of English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
• Experience in social media content and managing – advantage
