Your Career

As the Director of Product Management for Cortex XDR you will take the helm of our industry-leading endpoint security platform. Cortex XDR is responsible for helping customers secure their devices and workloads across their endpoint and cloud environments stopping advanced threats before they compromise the organization. Endpoints and cloud infrastructure are the foundational attack vectors for modern adversaries.

We are looking for a strategic decisive leader who can design build and ship industry-defining products to help SOC teams protect their organizations most valuable assets. You will drive the platforms vision align cross-functional teams and ensure our products continue to deliver top-tier threat detection and prevention capabilities.

Your Impact

• Lead and mentor a high-performing product management group driving the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Define and own the product roadmap for Cortex XDR ensuring alignment with the broader Cortex strategy and Go-To-Market (GTM) motions.
• Bring innovative disruptive approaches to endpoint security prioritizing features and making critical trade-offs to deliver a world-class platform.
• Collaborate closely with engineering UX/UI design marketing and sales teams to drive product development and execute seamless launches.
• Engage directly with key customers and partners to understand their pain points gather feedback and take the solutions you define to market.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) track product performance and drive operational rigor across the product portfolio.
• Evangelize Cortex XDR internally and externally serving as a thought leader at industry events and executive briefings.

Qualifications

Your Experience

• 8 years of product management experience in cybersecurity or enterprise-grade cloud-based solutions with at least 5 years leading high-performance PM teams.
• Deep understanding of endpoint security cloud workloads and threat detection methodologies. Prior leadership experience in B2B/Enterprise product management at large organizations or innovative startups is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of bringing complex technical products to market at scale.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to define pricing packaging and GTM strategies.
• BS/MS in Computer Science another engineering/technical degree MBA or equivalent military experience required.
• Excellent analytical written and verbal communication skills. Ability to speak confidently in front of major customers and executives.
• High proficiency in both English and Hebrew is required.
