Opportunity Overview

Areyouahands-onHR professionalwhoenjoysbeingcloseto the business andsupportingemployeesand managers in alocal fast-movingenvironmentWeareseekinga proactive and service-mindedField HR Partner for Israelto joinourRegionalHR team. InthisroleyouwillbethelocalHR pointofcontactfor managers andemployeesin Israelprovidingpractical guidance coaching and high-qualityHR supportwhileensuringalignment withTeradynesglobal standards andlocalemploymentrequirements.

TheFieldHRPartner Israelwill be accountable for the execution and delivery of HR processes services and solutionsfor thelocalemployeepopulation ensuring operational excellencestrongemployeeexperienceandclosepartnershipwithmanagers. Therolewill support Tier II HRmatters partner with Strategic HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence andactas atrustedlocaladvisoronemployeerelations performanceonboarding policyapplicationHR operations and compliance withIsraeliemploymentpractices.

• EmployeeRelations:Providetimely fair and practical support onemployeerelationsmattersin Israelensuringconsistencyconfidentiality and alignment withlocalemploymentlawscompanypolicies andTeradynesvalues.

• Performance Management:Coachmanagers and employees through annualperformanceprocessesgoalsetting feedbackconversations performanceimprovementactionsand day-to-day case management.

• Talent Management &Compensation:Supportemployeegrowth retentioncompensationplanning talentreviews developmentconversations andlocalworkforceneedsinclosecollaborationwith Strategic HR Business Partners and relevant Centers of Excellence.

• HR Operations:Ensuresmoothexecution oflocalHR processes includingonboardingoffboardingcontractandemploymentdocumentationcoordination policyapplicationworkforcedataupdates and compliance withinternalprocedures.

• Business and Manager Support:Actas atrustedHRadvisortolocalmanagers andemployeesprovidingcoaching and guidance onroutineHRmatters organizationalchangesemployeeengagement and practicalpeople-relateddecisions.

• Talent Acquisition Support:Partner with Talent Acquisition andhiringmanagers to supportrecruitmentactivityin Israelincludingrolealignment interview guidanceonboardingreadiness and a positivecandidate-to-employeetransition.

• Onboarding Development and Engagement:Support newhireonboardingand assimilationcoordinatelocaltrainingdeployment promoteemployeeengagementactivities andhelpmanagersbuildstrongteamcapability.

• Data andInsights:UseHR dataemployeetrends andlocalinsightstoidentifyrisks support workforceplanning andinformpractical decision-makingfor the Israel business.

• HR Projects and Regional Collaboration:Contributeto regional HRinitiativesprocessimprovements policyupdates andlocalimplementationof global HR programsensuringsolutionsarepractical and relevant for Israel.

• Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration LawPsychologyorarelated field preferred

• Minimum 5yearsof relevant HRexperiencepreferablyin afieldHRHR generalist orHR partnerrolewithinan international or matrixorganization

• FluentHebrewandstrongEnglishcommunicationskills with theabilitytobuildtrustedrelationshipswithemployees managers regional HRcolleagues and global stakeholders

• Provenexperiencemanaging employee relations matterswith soundjudgmentfairness consistencyconfidentialityandawarenessofIsraeliemploymentpractices

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Skillful in listening andascertainingthe needs and concerns of people and in communicating information concerning processes policies and procedures with accuracy and clarity

• Commitment tomaintainingthe highest levels of ethical conduct confidentiality and professionalism

• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail

• GoodworkingknowledgeofIsraeliemploymentlawslocalHR practices andemployeelifecycleprocesses with theabilitytoseeklegal or specialist guidancewhererequired

• ExperienceworkingwithHR systems datareporting Microsoft Officetools andsharedservice models;abilitytotravellocallyorregionallywhenrequired
