About the Role:

As a Senior Product Manager your role would involve end to end product management ownership a combination of product discovery PRD & tickets creation communication execution working closely with engineering research analysts & partners teams. You would be responsible for driving the execution of the relevant engineering group and delivery of platform solutions that support the organizations initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements product requirements and roadmap for Pagaya platform aligning it with the companys overall goals and objectives.
• Lead the development and delivery of Pagaya underwriting infrastructure solutions working closely with engineering teams ensuring the timely execution of projects and adherence to quality standards.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of infrastructure solutions making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders providing updates on the progress of projects addressing their concerns and managing expectations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience as a product management.
• Software Engineering background.
• Experience with API cloud services CI/CD technologies and infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively and create alignment with external stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead cross- functional teams collaborate effectively and drive consensus among diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
