Senior Python Backend Engineer 5+ years of professional experience with Python. Practical experience building and maintaining microservices. Proficiency in RESTful API frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django). Familiarity with message queues or streaming systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ). Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Strong Git skills and collaborative development workflow experience. ********* Senior Backend Engineer 7+ years of backend engineering experience in production systems Proficiency in Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks) Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) Comfort working with databases (both SQL and NoSQL) Platform Team Lead 3+ years of experience as a team leader in a product-oriented R&D organization 6+ years of hands-on Python development experience Strong background designing and operating distributed systems and microservices in production Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments Solid working knowledge of GCP (or equivalent cloud) — Cloud Run, BigQuery, GCS, IAM Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines in a microservices / mono repo environment Experience with Airflow or similar orchestration frameworks Proven ability to balance hands-on contribution with team leadership at ~50/50 ******* AI Backend Team Lead At least 5 years of hands-on Software Engineering experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a team lead or managerial role.
