Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will work directly with our product and development teams to push the boundaries of what's possible with AI. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of large language models with strong storytelling abilities and a passion for crafting innovative, AI-powered tools.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Design and develop sophisticated prompt systems that generate high-quality content.
• Create, test, and refine prompt frameworks that maintain consistent voice, tone, and style.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to implement and optimize prompts within our technical framework.
• Stay at the forefront of LLM capabilities, prompt engineering techniques, and emerging AI technologies.
• Develop prompt architectures for both scripted content and dynamic conversational exchanges.
• Analyze prompt performance and iterate based on results and feedback.
• Document prompt strategies, architectures, and best practices for team knowledge sharing.
• Research and experiment with various prompt techniques to achieve specific outcomes and solve unique challenges.
