Senior Full Stack Engineer/Full Stack Team Lead

Full Stack Engineer 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer (or similar role) Strong backend experience (e.g., Python, Node.js, or similar) Solid frontend experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST / GraphQL) Good understanding of system design, data modeling, and scalability ********** Full Stack Engineer Proven experience as a full stack developer, with strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies. Strong knowledge in backend development using Python, Node.js, or Go. Extensive hands-on experience with front-end technologies including React, Typescript, and Next.js. Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with NoSQL databases like ArangoDB and MongoDB. Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Temporal.io is a plus. Solid understanding of full stack development principles and best practices. Software Engineering Team Lead 4+ years of experience as a team lead Strong hands-on experience with our stack – Node.js/NestJS, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) Experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents to production from prototyping through to reliable, live systems using LLM frameworks and infrastructure Experience embedding AI across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) – from AI-assisted coding and code review to automated testing, CI/CD, and deployment workflows. Strong experience designing and operating cloud-based microservices architectures, with a proven track record running high-scale, high-throughput production systems ****** Full Stack Team Leader 2–5 years of proven experience as a Software Development Team Leader – mandatory. Strong hands-on software development background. Proven experience working in a web development environment – mandatory. Strong backend development experience with C#/.NET – highly preferred; strong Java experience will also be considered. Experience with modern web applications and frontend development; React experience – advantage. Proven experience developing systems based on microservices architecture – mandatory.
