As a Software Engineer at Applied Materials, you’ll dive deep into ground-breaking technologies—like machine learning and AI—to craft novel software solutions that solve our customers’ high-value problems. Our Software Engineers are responsible for designing, prototyping, developing, and debugging software solutions for semiconductor equipment components and devices to ensure quality and functionality. You'll develop software documentation and test procedures, troubleshoot software problems, and communicate with internal customers to understand project requirements. Job Description: SW Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for a highly talented Software Engineer to join our unique product team building next-generation applications to control and manage our products.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the development and integration of infrastructure components for our team.

• Ensure seamless integration with common infrastructure.

• Drive infrastructure projects from design to deployment.

• Mentor and guide team members on best practices for infrastructure usage.

• Collaborate with cross-domain teams to align infrastructure solutions.

What you should have:

• 7+ years - Strong hands-on experience in coding and software integration.

• Proven track record with Linux, Kubernetes, Domian driven architecture

• Experience with DevOps and related infrastructure tools.

• Experience in infrastructure projects and team mentoring.

• Ability to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable infrastructure solutions.
