Job Description :

"As a manual Integration Test Engineer role you are expected to support software branch merges and integration testing across multiple product lines and releases. This engineer will execute and document manual tests for merged builds, ensuring functional integrity of the system and compatibility between software modules.

The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on validation, working in lab environments with medical device systems, and collaborating across engineering teams to ensure high-quality integrated builds."

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform manual integration and regression testing on merged software builds before release.
• Execute test cases using lab equipment, simulators and other Lab equipment ( measuring devices) as needed. Experience is handling medical devices catheters are added advantage.
• Validate correct operation of merged branches and ensure compatibility between system components.
• Use Linux command-line tools for system setup, log retrieval, and troubleshooting.
• Track and document test results and issues in Jira; collaborate with developers for issue resolution.
• Participate in merge validation reviews and release readiness assessments.
• Support software integration during verification phases and assist with post-merge smoke testing.
• Coordinate with automation engineers to identify test gaps suitable for automation. "
