Performance Analysis Engineer

The role

Regatta develops a distributed database from scratch. We are looking for a Performance Analysis Engineer to join our company and play a leading role in planning, analyzing, testing, and ensuring the highest performance for Regatta’s modern scale-out database. You will work in close cooperation with various engineering teams that develop the core product capabilities. The role requires the candidate to work both as an architect and as an individual contributor, performing hands-on work. The ideal candidate should have a high level of personal drive and ambition.

Requirements

• Academic degree with high grades in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar fields
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Both analytical and an executor, works in a systematic and orderly manner
• High level of personal drive and ambition
