Your Key Responsibilities :

• Investor Relations : Maintain strong, professional relationships with the fund's investors and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Operational Coordination : Manage daily fund operations, including overseeing cash flows across multiple banks and brokers, while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Fund Administration : Collaborate with the fund administrator on monthly NAV calculations and reporting requirements.
• Risk Monitoring : Monitor portfolio risks and address any operational challenges as they arise.
• CRM and Marketing Support : Manage the fund’s CRM system (HubSpot) and assist with marketing and communication efforts.
• Transaction Oversight : Facilitate fund deposits and redemptions, ensuring smooth and accurate processes.
