Design and architecture company seeking a well-organized and motivated Executive Assistant to provide support for CEO.
Responsibilities :
- managing the companies’ executives’ personal affairs
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Calendar management for company executive
- Maintaining strict confidentiality
- Maintain various records and documents for company executive.
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of company executive.
- Acting as a point of contact- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
- Managing events
- Open and sort mail
- Liaising with other staff
- Running errands
- Collating and filing business, personal, and travel expenses
- Ordering office supplies
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Maintaining office equipment and troubleshooting problems
Requirements :
Hebrew mother tongueFluent in English speaking, writing, and reading.Driver’s License required.Prior experience in a personal assistant, executive secretary, or office manager role would be preferred but not required.Highly familiar with software suites, such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)High level of attention to detailTime management and ability to meet deadlinesVerbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to multitaskProblem-solving and decision makingProactivity and self-directionInterpersonal skillsCompany Is Jerusalem based.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
