The Customer Experience ( CX) Intern Location: Israel, Kadima General Description The Customer Experience ( CX) Intern (student) need to cover Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement thorough Surveys, Methods and Processes. Main Responsibilities Act as the Customer Experience advocate. Drive Customer Centricity in the entitiy. Ensure the Customer Experience is measured according to the Business priorities. Define and follow-up Continuous Improvement action plan and priorities with the Business stakeholders. Ensure that Customer dissatisfactions are solved quickly and effectively through containment, correction and prevention steps. Requirements Very good English Customer Service and Support experience Strong analytical skills Work Model 3 days per week: 2 from office + 1 from home (flexible) Office location: Kadima Let us learn about you!
