VP SALES
Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic , results-driven VP of Sales with a strong track record in tech-sales to CFOs, CIOs, and financial teams. You will drive new business, integrate marketing initiatives, and manage a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities : Identify and generate new business opportunities within the B2B space.Manage, mentor, and lead a team of sales professionals.Develop relationships with senior finance executives and promote tech-sales solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including marketing and product) to drive lead generation and support sales strategies.Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving business growth and expanding the customer base.
Requirements : 5+ years in sales leadership, managing sales teams.Proven experience in tech-sales, selling to CFOs, CIOs, and financial teams.Strong leadership, strategic, and communication skills.Experience working with marketing to drive sales initiatives.Solid understanding of procurement and financial processes.A positive DNA and a proven ability to build great relationships with key stakeholdersWork experience in a global company and a proven track record of successfully entering international markets – an advantage.
