CWP (Cloud Workload Protection) is the security module inside Cortex Cloud that designed to secure cloud-native applications and infrastructure, CWP empowers security teams to detect and block suspicious activity in compute resources in real-time, provides vulnerabilities management tools, asset inventory management views, full visibility to compliance standards and much more.

We are looking for a talented Agent / Backend-oriented engineering manager that will manage our KSPM engineering team focusing on our Kubernetes Security Agent, someone who is excited about cloud security and Kubernetes, that can build, manage and deliver security features end-2-end in high-performance and large-scale systems, features that will become core part of our product offering. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to create / change processes and is able to build a healthy engineering culture.

Your Impact

• Leading a team of 6-7 software developers
• Working with your counterparts PM, Architect, Front, Automation Manager to define the scope and phases that will help to achieve the team’s goals
• Lead and actively contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle to ensure the product performs reliably and meets defined SLAs
• Ensure engineering best practices – from planning, design, development lifecycle, monitoring & observability, testing, quality, retrospective up to delivery to production
• Hiring the best talent for the team, as the team is expected to continue growing
• Support your team members’ growth by helping them define and achieve their individual career goals
