Our AI-driven platform analyzes real-time sales and banking data to offer personalized funding plans to online sellers, empowering them to scale with confidence and flexibility. We're looking for a Product Manager to lead one of the most critical missions at 8fig : turning funding applicants into active, retained customers. This role is ideal for someone who's data-driven, user-obsessed, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end experience of converting applicants into active users and driving long-term retention.
• Define and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned withpany goals, working closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Analyze product performance, user behavior, and feedback to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, market trends,petitor analysis, and user acquisition strategies to shape the product roadmap.
• Design and run A / B tests to improve funnel metrics and conversion.
• Collaborate with other PMs to share insights and help shape overall product strategy.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data.
