We're looking for an exceptional Product Manager to join our highly talented team and take our product to the next level.

As a Product Manager, you'll play a key role in defining the product strategy that shapes our unique offering to customers, like Webflow, Miro, PagerDuty and AI21 Labs.

Your expertise will help create solutions that seamlessly integrate complex functionalities while ensuring an exceptional user experience. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing teams and sales teams to identify customer needs, define and prioritize product requirements, and deliver innovative features that make it easier for engineers to monetize their applications.

What will be your primary goals 🎯

  • Help lead the product's strategy and vision, and ensure it aligns with the company's objectives.
  • Deliver a great experience to our product’s users.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to shape our product requirements and capabilities.
  • Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and strategy.
  • Drive the product roadmap and prioritize features based on value, effort, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product launches and promotional campaigns effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our products meet customer expectations and deliver significant value.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to maintain alignment on priorities and vision.

Requirements

  • Experience of 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, working on complex software solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products with a significant impact on customers.
  • Technical background including familiarity with technologies like APIs and cloud platforms.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and end-to-end ownership.
  • Passionate about understanding user needs and solving problems through innovative product solutions.
  • Passionate about user experience.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to bring products to market successfully.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey ideas and align teams around product vision and goals.

  • Past experience in building developer tools, SDKs and or software infrastructure.
  • Past experience as software developer or engineer.

    We try to use the right tools to build a product, our stack includes : TypeScript, NodeJS, React, GraphQL, PostgresDB, SQS, AWS. We also have SDKs in Python, Ruby, Go, Java and .NET.

    Remote

    We work 3 days together, 2 days remote.

    Location

    Our office is in Tel-Aviv, Neve Tzedek / Rothschild area. We're happy to help our team with commute / parking and more.
