What are we looking for?
We're hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to shape and run the frameworks that help dozens of partners launch, grow, and improve role demands deep expertise in marketing, strong data orientation, and the ability to collaborate across teams while delivering high-quality initiatives at speed.
What you'll do
- Own and optimize partner assets - landing pages, sales decks, one-pagers, lifecyclems and the Lili Rmends program, refining them to boost conversion and retention.
- Turn insight into growth - track partner and partner-customer metrics, surface opportunities, and translate findings into clear actions for BizDev, Product, and Marketing leadership.
- Build and improve playbooks - create repeatable workflows that move referrals from first touch to active, profitable accounts, then iterate based on data.
- Run joint campaigns that scale - plan and execute email series, plug-ins, webinars, videos, case studies, eBooks, and more, always testing and elevating performance.
- Publish proof and keep partners engaged - manage a partner newsletter and steady stream of success stories that deepen existing relationships and open new ones.
- Drive partner-led demand - lead webinars, events, andmunity activity that generate a healthy, inbound partner pipeline.
