Develop, mentor and grow the group leadership. 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering 2+ years of experience of leading team leaders and a cross-functional team of 30+ high performing engineers Proficiency in Backend programming and Object Oriented Design Team player, empathy, and someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment Experience deploying and maintaining a 24 / 7 production environment Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication skills Great collaboration and cross-functional organizational skills Strong background in Mobile development or Mobile team leadership
