IT Business Partner – Israel & CEE Zone 📍 Location : Israel Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and building strong business partnerships? We’re looking for an IT Business Partner to lead and support our digital journey across the Israel and CEE zone. What will you do? Act as a strategic business partner to Israel’s GM and Sales Directors. Align zone needs with central Digital strategy and ensure mutual understanding of goals. Lead and grow IT operations Own and manage the digital budget for the zone, ensuring transparency and control. Oversee digital transformation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Provide training and support to front office teams on new digital tools and processes. Ensure excellent employee experience through IT services and support. Maintain visibility over infrastructure, application landscape, and performance. Lead innovation by proposing and implementing new digital solutions. Represent Schneider’s digital leadership externally and with customers. 🧩 What are the requirements? Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, ideally in innovation or transformation roles. Proven track record of leading successful IT implementation projects. Strong experience in budget management and digital initiative oversight. Solid understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and digital architecture. Familiarity with GDPR and legal IT obligations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Experience in coordinating resources and leading mid-sized teams. Strategic and analytical mindset with a pragmatic approach. 🌟 Nice to haves : Exposure to application lifecycle management and tech debt reduction. Knowledge of Best-of-Breed digital applications and integration strategies. Experience working in multi-country or regional roles. Ability to create engaging communication materials (e.g., one-pagers, articles).
