Job Summary & Responsibilities

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our advanced metrology and inspection tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor technology and customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide professional on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and calibration of metrology equipment.
• Develop innovative solutions to customer challenges and ensure optimal tool performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, marketing) to address customer needs and feedback.
• Manage and resolve quality issues, including submitting DOA or RMA as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
• Travel up to 25% to customer sites as required to provide support and training.

Additional Information : The position will require 25% work on Fridays and Saturdays.
