Position Responsibilities :
Own the entire sales cycle for new business, including prospecting, qualification, opportunity creation, quote creation, pipeline management, and order fulfillmentGenerate new sales opportunities and drive the sales process to successful closureConduct high-level demos for financial and technical buyersDeeply understand customer needs, translating opportunities into salesWork collaboratively with Product Management and R&D, representing the voice of the customerTrack & manage prospecting, qualification, and nurture activities in the company’s CRM (Salesforce) to support marketing and forecasting activitiesSharing learnings from the field to continuously enhance the sales process and improve the win rateExperience & Skills :
Required Experience and Qualifications :
5+ years of prospecting / closing experience, working with the director through C-level clients to personally sell and close $500K+ accountsPolished and persuasive written and verbal communication skillsProven track record of success, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotasOperate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced startup environmentDeep and relevant healthcare sales expertise selling Revenue Cycle Management services / Coding services or platforms to large providers and selling to providers from within a startup environmentAn understanding of the challenges healthcare organizations face and able to work multiple levels of the organization to see a sale through from pilot to implementationWorked with revenue cycle organizations before and can speak their languageThrives in an entrepreneurial environment by leveraging creativity and perseverance to create and capture opportunitiesExperience building sales processes and selling in a Series A or B startup companyWilling to do whatever it takes — prospecting, cold calls, conferences, travel to understand the customer and their pain points, build strong relationships, and close dealsCompensation $150k-$175k, will provide a stipend towards insurance
