Sr. Workday Payroll Analyst

Position Summary
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing across the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada using Workday, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, accuracy in reporting, and timely execution. The position also involves troubleshooting payroll issues, partnering with HR and Finance for system improvements, conducting audits, and developing custom reports and user training.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processes for US, Puerto Rico and Canada, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution.
- Utilize Workday to process payroll, maintain payroll records, and ensure data accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed.
- Ensure that all payroll taxes (federal, state, and local) are accurately calculated and paid in a timely manner. Assist in the preparation of year-end reports such as W-s, s, and other payroll-related documentation.

- Partner with HR and Finance to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
- Develop, test, and deploy custom reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure effective use of the Workday payroll system.
- Stay informed about new features and functionalities of Workday, recommending their adoption as appropriate.
