The Role

As a Manual QA Engineer at Ubeya, you'll be vital in ensuring the highest quality of our platform by rigorously testing features, uncovering defects, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You'll help deliver exceptional user experiences across web and mobile products.

What You'll Do

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans , test cases , and checklists based on requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Perform functional, regression, UI / UX , and cross-platform testing across web and mobile applications.
• Identify, log, track, and validate defects using Linear (or equivalent).
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to clarify requirements, testability, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in feature review sessions and sprint planning to align QA efforts.
• Ensure consistent release readiness , including executing smoke and sanity tests on staging and production environments.
• Document test results and provide clear feedback reports .
• Advocate for quality best practices and contribute to QA process improvements
