As a Product Manager focused on Core Platform and GenAI at WalkMe, you’ll drive B2B expansion and growth through innovative GenAI capabilities. WalkMe is already a critical tool for digital adoption, and your mission will be to make it indispensable to a broader audience within our customers' organizations. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact one of the company’s most strategic drivers and influence how GenAI is reshaping the workplace. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and our customers to create innovative and intuitive GenAI experiences. Your research and insights into different personas and their needs will be crucial to our success. If you’re ready to push the boundaries of how people interact with GenAI, this is the role for you.

What will you actually be doing?

Drive product features through their entire lifecycle : ideation, specification, development, release, analysis and
qualitative and quantitative research to discover and validate feature
customer needs and opportunities through data analysis, interviews, and
closely with engineers to guide feature development and
with UI / UX designers to ensure an excellent user
feature performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an excellent customer
with customers to understand their evolving needs in the AI
AI adoption across our customer base, emphasizing safe and effective use.

What should you bring to the table?

5+ years of experience generating outstanding results as a product

in a SaaS B2B product from a tech

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related

experience in AI product development.

A desire to make a positive impact through technology.

in using user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform

in qualitative discovery and user interviews, with an ability to uncover counter-intuitive

in collaborating assertively, asking hard questions, and managing up.

A collaborative spirit with strong cross-functional partnership and influence

and empathy for users, with an instinct for creating simple, intuitive

execution skills, with a track record of driving complex development processes in dynamic
