Senior Backend Engineer/Software Team Lead

Senior Backend Engineer 5+ years of hands-on experience building complex backend systems using modern languages such as Python, Java, C++, or Go. Proven experience designing and implementing scalable, distributed architectures in production environments. Strong background in early-stage product development, experience building core systems or major features from scratch in a startup or similar fast-moving environment. Experience working with cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure). Experience with AI/ML tools or integrating AI-driven capabilities into backend services. Software Team Lead 7+ years of experience in backend, infrastructure, or core systems engineering Proven experience leading strong engineers and complex technical initiatives Strong hands-on background with large, complex, production-critical codebases Experience designing and owning internal frameworks or platforms used by many teams Deep understanding of developer productivity, CI/CD, and production systems Comfort operating in high-impact, ambiguous, and evolving problem spaces with real ownership Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead through influence and trust
