About Us :

We’re a growing team dedicated to providing support for communication services (cellular, home internet, landline, and TV). We’re seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join us as support and service agents.

The Role :

As part of our team, you’ll manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism, using the tools and training provided. You’ll bring a positive attitude, teamwork, and a customer-first approach to ensure exceptional service.

Location :

This is a full-time position that can be performed remotely from your home or at our office in Jerusalem.

What We’re Looking For :

  • A deep understanding of Anglo culture and a strong customer service mindset.
  • Tech-savvy or eager to learn and adapt to new technology.
  • Access to a PC, a reliable internet connection, and a suitable home workspace.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Native-level English and a high proficiency in Hebrew.
  • Previous experience in a call center is a plus.
