الوصف الوظيفي5+ years of development experience with Atlassian platforms and add-ons. Strong knowledge of Java and JavaScript / TypeScript + React (within the Atlassian context). Proven ability to build Atlassian add-ons from scratch (both DC and Cloud). AI development experience , especially in innovation projects. Hands-on experience with tools such as Azure OpenAI and MCP Servers . Solid knowledge of Atlassian REST APIs . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. High-level English communication skills (spoken and written). Team player with customer-facing and debugging experience (including presales support). Familiarity with other ALM platforms (IBM Jazz, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, Jama, Polarion). Knowledge of requirements engineering and modern development methodologies . Previous conference lecturing and blog post experience .

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced developer to join our newly formed AI Innovation Team in Petach Tikvah. This is a hybrid, full-time position.
In this role, you will :
- Integrate AI-driven features into our leading marketplace products.
- Build and deliver Atlassian add-ons (for both Data Center and Cloud).
- Provide professional development services (apps, automations, scripts) to customers in Israel and abroad.
- Collaborate with international teams to shape the future of AI-enhanced solutions in the Atlassian ecosystem.
