Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment : job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate submissions
- Conduct phone interviews and support offer negotiations
- Coordinate directly with clients and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and hiring logistics
- Maintain organized documentation and track candidate progress throughout the hiring process
