We’re Hiring : Instagram Growth & Content Expert (Part-Time, High-Impact Role)

We’re looking for an Instagram expert who knows how to grow an audience organically through high-quality content and engagement strategies. This role is focused on both content creation and execution , ensuring a high-volume content strategy that increases engagement and drives measurable growth.

You Should Apply If You Have :

• Proven success growing an Instagram account organically by at least 10% month-over-month without paid ads. Applicants must provide proof of this.
• Strong understanding of viral content, audience growth strategies, and engagement tactics.
• Experience creating, editing, and executing a high-volume content strategy.
• Hands-on video editing and design skills for Reels and short-form content.
• A data-driven approach to content strategy, focused on testing and optimizing for engagement.
• The ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results.
